Our Pantheor Resource Groups (PRGs) allow employees with a particular commonality (religion, ethnicity, shared interest, orientation, gender, etc.) to share a space and support each other and spread awareness.

Professional Development

We offer multiple modalities for employees to learn through job-specific training, deep dive presentations, In-House leadership forums, and offer LinkedIn Learning to all employees that provide video courses taught by industry experts in software, creative, and business skills.

Paid Parental Leave

Pantheon’s paid parental leave provides eligible employees up to 8 weeks of paid parental leave to bond with a newborn or newly placed adopted or foster care child.
